Super Simple Spiritual Sunday Edition No. 1

With­out really mean­ing to, I took a lit­tle break from this blog. Life just sort of inter­vened. As I wrote about on Thurs­day, I had com­pany and I’ve been spend­ing a lot of time enjoy­ing the sum­mer when not work­ing. But I feel the need to get busy again not only with this blog, but with read­ing and many other projects.

Thank­fully, I can read and even get a lot of work done when I am sit­ting by the pool, so that’s where you can find me much of the time. I love to soak up the hot rays.

There are many blog­gers who devote a great deal of time to keep­ing up their sites and writ­ing mean­ing­ful con­tent that enlight­ens, inspires and empow­ers me. Robin Samp­son at Heart of Wis­dom just launched a great new meme, Super Sim­ple Spir­i­tual Sun­day on June 30, 2007. Unfor­tu­nately, Robin had to undergo open heart surgery this past week and is now recov­er­ing so please keep her and her fam­ily in your prayers.

I think it would be great if Robin came back to blog­ging to find that her meme has really taken off and, dur­ing her recu­per­a­tion, we have all been keep­ing it going.

1. Dur­ing the week keep a list of your very favorite spritual encour­ag­ing blog posts with links (best to keep in your blog draft). Start today! If you don’t know of any blogs go to Blog Search and type in Chris­t­ian home­school or a sim­i­lar term. Use my blogrolls.

2. Post your list of links on Sun­day (morn­ing is best). Visit and com­ment on SSSS blogs.
