Debra Moorhead shares How to Quit Smoking or Help Someone Quit Smoking published at Debra Moorhead.com. She reports, “I was scared to death to post this article, afraid of the potential ‘fallout.’” What does she advise? You must read this excellent post in its entirety, but here’s a preview: “If you’re lucky enough to not be around smokers very much, thank the universe for its progress and when you do have an encounter, send good vibes by saying a prayer. Pray for that person’s enlightenment and health. Remember, it’s their choice – be thankful for that, because you have the choice to not smoke. What if it were the other way around?”

Art / Culture

Clark Bjorke shares Johnny Cash: Folsom Prison Blues, 1959 published at Clark’s Picks, a performance by Johnny Cash and the Tennessee Two on Town Hall Party, a local Country Music television show in 1950’s California. Folsom Prison is California’s second-oldest and a fascinating place, complete with a museum.
