! She is a free spirit, all she want is to be herself and nothing can stop her from being so 
. When we are sad or depress what we do ? we just Crib about this and that, But as the quote says Action is the Antidote to despair, we can start by just being happy! I really love the expression on her face, for me it says come what may you (despair) can’t touch me!
It conveys so much an underlying sense of happiness but a determination to move on and as the quote says do something about it – its made me feel much more positive about my day.
Action stations! love the quote, it’s how I try and live my life — why drive when you can walk? why walk round when oyu can climb up? Great rules to live your life by — your body is a commodity and if it isn’t scratched and broken by the time you die then you haven’t used it up properly!

And about this quote i only want to say that its out of personal experience is true that ” Action is antidote to despair” whenevr we get stuck in life, we fail to see the way its just because we are too caught up in our own web of emotions and we think that nothing is possible,but when we decide to take an action at that very moment a strange enthusiasm fills us leaving no room for despair.
Action is harder than it sounds. But I agree. It’s about doing what you want and need to do to be happy. i like the pic too

I’ve just been going through your sunday citars and am amazed at the quotes — how do you find all these? very impressed but this one really stood out, not sure if it was the picture that goes with or of the quote but it really sunk it — cheers!
