What a beautiful picture! I love the color of the leaves! I miss them. We used to live in Ohio where the leaves were beautiful this time of year.

Those colors are so amazing. We don’t get color change here in southern California, so I am so glad you shared so I don’t miss out completely.

Nice quote and the picture really fits with the quote as well.

12 Tom Tuesday, October 20, 2009 at 12:42 pm

I will save the quote and I like the picture. The leaves of the trees are so colorful.

The picture is nice. Really fits the quote.

I absolutely love that picture — the colors! Altough its a bit depressing that we are moving towards the darker time of the year…

absolutely stunning, did you shot this picture, i think this is from North American region am i right ?

17 Josh Thursday, October 22, 2009 at 12:06 pm

That looks a lot like the street I live on. This time of the year is so beautiful. Its really mixed for me because I’m sad to see summer go, but then I look outside and see how pretty it is and forget about summer and think of Fall. It also makes me think a lot about when I was in high school and played football. Our field was next to a large grove of trees. I remember panting and trying to catch my breath after workouts and looking at those trees when the sun would hit them just right. Sweet memories. Ha, just like the quote. Thanks.

Really great photo, perfect colours. I can say only — beautiful (like others)

25 Anonymous Wednesday, October 28, 2009 at 11:50 pm

The photo looks live and I wish that I could walk through those roads for a while. Nice quote also.

26 Diana Thursday, October 29, 2009 at 4:32 am

I know it is said a picture is worth a thousand words. But sometimes it tells me more than that. It tells me a whole story. I find myself sucked into the image. I feel like I’m walking on that alley. I’m alone in the silence and I hear the leaves cracking beneath my feet. Peaceful place.
What a beautiful world we are living in!
Love all,
Diana
